He is an excellent listener and so his clients will never set foot on a property that doesn't meet their needs. I am unaware of any client ever experiencing an unpleasant surprise. My husband dropped dead suddenly and unexpectedly at the beginning of January. I knew I could not keep the house. Not long after that, Felix came over and walked the house and we discussed my options. This is a great house, but there was much deferred maintenance and a settled foundation. Felix instructed me to fix everything or fix nothing, which turned out to be very sound advice. After researching costs and also navigating life as a widow for not much time, I knew I was incapable of fixing up the house. In the course of several months as I was clearing out things and getting the house ready, Felix started guiding me in looking for my new house, which I assumed would be a zero-lot-line out here in Germantown. We went out house shopping several times.I wound up making the decision to move to my son's neighborhood in East Memphis, but there were no homes for sale.Felix was plowing the way, speaking to people in the neighborhood, trying to find me a house. And we did indeed find the perfect house. Felix is currently helping me do that while I prepare for my move there on August 14th. I was a numb widow. Felix helped guide me through the process.
